Avoid exercise (including Pilates and Yoga), saunas and steam rooms for the rest of the day
Area might be red or swollen immediately after treatment. Avoid touching the area for the rest of the day

Basic skincare for the first 24 hours post-treatment. Avoid using actives such as retinol

Results will last around 3-4 months, which is when most patients opt to return for another treatment in order to maintain results
What should I expect after my treatment?

Immediately after your treatment you may have some localised swelling and/or redness. To avoid the risk of infection you should not touch your face or wear makeup for the rest of the day, avoid any workouts (including yoga and Pilates) going to the gym, saunas or steam rooms for the rest of the day. Avoid lying down for 4 hours after treatment.
