What To Expect At The Consultation
Your journey at Summer House Wellness begins with a consultation with me, where we'll discuss your concerns, medical history and desired outcome.
Where treatment with a prescription-only medicine is being considered, you'll then have a face-to-face consultation with my prescribing pharmacist. They will assess your suitability, discuss the proposed treatment and answer any questions you may have before making an individual prescribing decision.
Treatment will only be provided where it is considered clinically appropriate and suitable for you. There is never any obligation to proceed.
Treatment After Care
Avoid exercise (including Pilates and Yoga), saunas and steam rooms for the rest of the day and do not lie down for 4 hours post treatment.
Area might be red or swollen immediately after treatment. Avoid touching the area for the rest of the day
Come back for your 2 week review on time. If you have any questions in the meantime, feel free to reach out to me.
Basic skincare for the first 24 hours post-treatment. Avoid using actives such as retinol

What should I expect after my treatment?

Immediately after your treatment you may have some localised swelling and/or redness. To avoid the risk of infection you should not touch your face or wear makeup for the rest of the day, avoid any workouts (including yoga and Pilates) going to the gym, saunas or steam rooms for the rest of the day. Avoid lying down for 4 hours after treatment.
Do anti-wrinkle injections hurt?

Discomfort for this treatment is minimal but it is an injectable treatment so this varies from person to person
